1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Betting Tips mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the App’s owner and operator, SCORE 365 Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

You acknowledge that you have also read and understood our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. These documents describe how we handle your data and provide important information about using the App.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The App is intended for use by adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to download or use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into this agreement. The App is not directed at children or anyone under 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 is using the App, we reserve the right to terminate their access.

It is also your responsibility to ensure that using the App and viewing sports betting tips is legal in your jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App, including laws related to gambling, data usage, and intellectual property.

3. Description of the Service

Betting Tips is a mobile application that provides football (soccer) match predictions, analysis, and tips for informative and entertainment purposes. The App displays statistical information and content derived from publicly available data and third-party data providers (such as via RapidAPI). The App does not offer real-money gambling or betting services, does not enable placing wagers, and does not facilitate monetary transactions associated with sports betting.

All content in the App is for informational and entertainment purposes only. No content in the App constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice.

4. Proper Use of the App

You agree to use the App in a responsible and lawful manner. You must not:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose, including illegal gambling or fraud.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or modify the App.
  • Use automated systems (such as bots) to access or extract data without permission.
  • Duplicate, distribute, sell, or exploit App content without authorization.

Violation of these Terms may result in termination of access and legal liability.

5. Third-Party Content and Trademarks

The App uses data provided by third parties. All third-party logos, trademarks, and names are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in the App is for informational and referential purposes only. Your use of the App does not grant you any rights to those trademarks or intellectual property.

We also rely on third-party services for data. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any third-party content.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content other than third-party data is owned by or licensed to us, including the App code, design, name, and branding. These are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the App but may not reproduce or exploit content without permission.

7. Unofficial Product (No Affiliation)

The App is an unofficial informational application and is not affiliated with FIFA, UEFA, national leagues, clubs, or official betting companies. Any mention of betting terms is contextual and not an endorsement of gambling services.

8. Apple App Store and Third-Party Platforms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:

  • Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for App content.
  • Apple is not obligated to provide support or updates.
  • Apple may offer refunds in accordance with its policies, but otherwise has no liability related to the App.

This applies similarly if the App is downloaded from other platforms (e.g., Google Play).

8.1 Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

If the App offers paid features (such as subscriptions or in-app purchases), payments are processed by the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store) and are subject to the platform’s terms and policies.

Billing and cancellation. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Access to paid features remains available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by the platform provider.

Refunds. Refund requests are handled by the platform provider in accordance with its refund policies. SCORE 365 Limited does not process payments directly inside the App and cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties. We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Warranties that the App is error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
  • Accuracy of predictions, statistics, or other data.

You use the App at your own risk, and results are not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App. This includes financial losses, loss of data, or wagering-related damages.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any. In many cases, this amount will be zero.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCORE 365 Limited and its agents from any claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of the App.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

You agree to cooperate with our defense of any such claims.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we choose to discontinue the App. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will immediately cease.

Provisions that by their nature survive termination—such as Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law—will remain in effect after termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms. If material changes are made, we will post the updated Terms in the App and update the “Last updated” date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

By continuing to use the App after changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed by the laws of Hong Kong.

If any dispute arises, courts of Hong Kong shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
